The process typically entails the following:
- 3DDiagnostic and the client plan the administration of the audit. The audit includes
all employees.
- Token numbers are distributed to the employees to register and complete the 3DDiagnostic
questionnaire on the internet.
- It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
- Organisational, group and individual reports are processed.
- Organisational and group reports include
- Internal group reports (for example departments, regions, organisational levels,
functionality)
- Drill down of red flag areas
- Benchmarking (industry, size etc.)
- Each group report has a score distribution, average score, histogram, result of
past stressors, result of lifestyle, result of stress signals, result of stress
levels, result of overall function and result of organisational stressors.
- Individual reports include the zone as well as score of the participant, 18 insights,
top ideas and a question and answer section.
