3DDiagnostic was formed in May 2007. The shared interest among the founders was
the development of healthy and productive organisations. The Stress
Curve is a product of many years of research and professional work in the
field of psychiatry. The model is ideal as a diagnostic for organisational performance
and well being. Drs Jonathan Moch, Henri Staal and Gerhard van Rensburg collaborated
together with an Information Technology specialist, Henno van Rensburg, to further
develop and commercialise the Moch Stress Curve.
Directors:
- Dr Jonathan Moch (BSc, MBBCh - Medicine, FFPsych – SA Psychiatry) is a psychiatrist
who practises at Milpark Hospital with a special interest in stress-related illnesses.
He is author of two books on stress, A brief exploration of being human and
What are the colours of apples? as well as a modular file: From Ordinary to
Extraordinary. Dr Moch is also a reputable international speaker on the
subject of stress. His work was presented at the World Congress of Psychosomatic
Medicine in Australia (1997) and is utilized by Honours and Master students at Wits
Medical School. He is furthermore the presenter of Mind-Brain seminars.
- Dr Henri Staal (MBA, MSc, D Comm Business Economics) completed the Executive Management
Programme in Strategy at Stanford Business School and was a gold medal winner and
one of the top ten MBA students in 50 year history of the UP Business School. He
is a former CEO of Adcorp (listed R1bn market cap). During his tenure, Adcorp reached
the no 1 position on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange as the best company in terms
of 5 year Return on Investment. Dr Staal was managing partner of Markets and Accounts
at Ernst & Young before founding and leading an investment company, Kapela.
- Dr Gerhard van Rensburg - Managing Director (BA, BD, Dipl Theology, MTh, DTh, MCom Leadership studies)
after 19 years in ministry (Senior Pastor of the Dutch Reformed Church Elarduspark,
Pretoria) moved into the leadership development field attained a MCom with the dissertation:
The need and process for change from a management to a leadership culture in organisations.
He is author of the book The leadership challenge in Africa – a framework for African
Renaissance leaders (2007). Dr van Rensburg works as a leadership coach

- Henno van Rensburg (BCom Informatics) is a Microsoft .NET developer, who specializes
in Web development.
